If your orders are not showing up on your Fuel account, it is possible that this setting will prevent your orders from reaching our system. Our system only import orders that are not already fulfilled.
Here's how you find the Shopify order fulfillment settings:
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Checkout.
Find the Order processing section.
Under the heading After an order has been paid, make sure to have "Do not automatically fulfill any of the order's line items" marked.
If you made any changes, click Save at the bottom of the page.
