How are pending orders fulfilled?

When any of the products created via the Fuel POD app are purchased from your store or manually ordered, the order will automatically be sent to Fuel and show as a pending order like below.

  • If you have enabled the Auto-processing feature, our system will process your order 2 hours after it is received. This is to give you extra time to edit the order before it is sent for production.

  • If you have disabled the Auto-processing feature, you can manually send in orders for fulfillment using the check box "Send to Fulfillment", as seen below:

Important note: Once an order is sent in for production, please contact the Fuel Support Team at support@getfuelpod.com if you have any requests for editing or order canceling as soon as possible.
