Beginning 11/11/2022, the payment gateway's processing fee (2.74% of the gross refund amount) will be deducted from refunds for orders canceled at the seller's request. Specifically,
✍🏻 If the order has not yet started the printing process, most likely sellers can request a cancellation and receive a full refund, however, please note that for orders canceled at the seller's request, the processing fee (2.74% of the total order amount) will be deducted from the gross refund amount.
Here is an example of how the processing fee is calculated:
✍🏻 If the order has begun production but has not shipped yet, most likely sellers can request a shipping cancellation and receive a shipping fee refund, minus the processing fee (2.74% of the shipping fee).
Here is an example of how the processing fee is calculated in this case:
✍🏻 If the order has been printed and is ready to ship, or has already been shipped, sellers cannot request a cancellation or get a refund.
