Please Note: The payment gateway's processing fee (2.74% of the gross amount) will be deducted from the refund for orders requested to be canceled by the sellers.

Any refund processed by the Fuel team may take 3-5 business days to process. When processed, the Fuel order will update with a refund line item.

From the Fuel dashboard, click the Orders tab.

Click on an order to view the order details.

Find the "Order History" section located at the lower right corner of the page and find the refund line item.
