If you are seeing the error message below, you will need to update your Shopify shipping settings to allow your customers to purchase your Fuel products.
Step 1: Go to the "Shipping and delivery" page in your Shopify admin
To access this page, select Setting >> Shipping and delivery
Step 2: Select "Manage rates" in the upper right-hand corner
Step 3: Find Fuel under the "Not shipping from" section and select "Add rates"
Step 4: Select the option under "USE SAME RATES AS" and then hit "Done"
Step 5: Scroll up and select "Save" to save the change
Step 6: Issue should be fixed and you should be able to purchase your products
Note: If the issue isn't resolved, here are additional troubleshooting steps:
Please check and see if the vendor is set to Fuel for the items in your order.
Please add your primary location for shipping rates even though you won't be shipping from your primary location.
If you are using custom shipping rules for your profile, you will need to change each Fuel variant to the "Inventory managed by" to the shipping profile you are using. Note: This is a manual process for each Fuel variant.
